做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
