做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
