做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
