做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
