做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
