做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
