做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
