做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
