做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
