做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
