做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
