做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
