做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
