做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
