做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
