做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
