做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
