做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
