做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
