做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
