做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
