做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
