做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
