做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
