做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
