做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
