做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
