做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
