做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
