做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
